Tradante is a skill-based trading competition platform. Trading is simulated on live market prices; entry fees, prize pots and payouts are real money (USDC), held and moved by public smart contracts on Base Sepolia. This rulebook explains how each product works, where the money goes, and how you get paid.
Prop-style challenges, tournaments, prediction rounds, copy trading and social competition — on one platform, one account balance, and one scoring system.
1.1 How the platform is built
🎮
01
SCORING & PROGRESSION
Every closed trade receives a TPS score (Chapter 07). Scores drive the leaderboards, your level, and your achievements — one system across all products.
🤝
02
SOCIAL TRADING
Follow other traders, copy their trades manually or automatically, and see community positions on the Social Order Book™. Each trader controls their own visibility.
⛓️
03
ON-CHAIN MONEY
Deposits, prize pots, fee splits and payouts are executed by public smart contracts on Base Sepolia and settled in USDC. Chapter 03 documents each program.
🛡️
04
REVENUE MODEL
Tradante's revenue is the published fee taken from purchases. The platform holds no market position against users and does not earn from user losses.
🧠
05
SKILL-BASED OUTCOMES
Results are determined by trading performance on live market prices. There is no randomness in outcomes, and anti-abuse checks void manipulated scores (2.1.c).
⚡
06
ONE BALANCE
You fund a single balance. Every purchase — challenge, tournament, pass — is paid from it in one transaction, and every prize is credited back to it.
1.2 The game loop — from sign-up to payout
1
FUND ONCE
Verify your identity, link your wallet, deposit USDC. Your balance is credited the moment the blockchain confirms it.
2
PICK A GAME
Challenge, tournament, prediction round, leaderboard season or the copy-trading floor.
3
TRADE
Real market prices, pro-grade charts, a full order engine — risk rules enforced like the real thing.
4
SCORE
Every closed trade earns TPS. Performance first — with fairness checks built into the formula.
5
CLIMB
Rise through 10 levels. Unlock bigger challenges, higher signal fees, achievements and prizes.
6
GET PAID
Wins credit your balance instantly. Withdraw to your own wallet — authorized, signed, on-chain.
Chapter 02
02
THE GAME RULES.
A skill game is only worth winning if everyone plays the same game. These rules apply across every mode, every account, every player.
2.1 The rules of the arena
2.1.a
Skill decides. Outcomes come from trading performance — real market prices, real scoring, no randomness in results. You pay to play; performance determines what you win.
2.1.b
One identity, verified. Complete identity verification (KYC) once before money moves in or out. One wallet belongs to one player — permanently.
2.1.c
No offset cheating. The scoring engine detects winning trades hedged by mirror losses in other accounts, and voids those scores.
2.1.d
The market's rules apply. Symbols trade in their real sessions; margin, lot limits and risk thresholds are enforced on every order — the same discipline a live desk demands.
2.1.e
Event rules are published up front. Every tournament, challenge and season states its entry terms, restrictions and prizes before you join — and the money terms are locked in the ecosystem's code.
2.1.f
Earnings credit instantly. Tournament wins, leaderboard prizes, signal fees, achievement and rank rewards land in your balance the moment they're awarded. The one exception: funded-account profits are paid when you request them (Chapter 10).
2.1.g
Abuse gets frozen, fairly. Fraud and multi-account detection can hold payouts pending review — and because holds simply pause the payout authorization, your balance itself is never touched.
Chapter 03 · Game transparency
03
THE ECOSYSTEM.
Tradante's money rules are not internal policy. They are enforced by a set of public smart contracts on Base Sepolia that hold the money, move the money, and apply the rules described in this chapter. Balances, fee splits and payouts are recorded on the blockchain, where anyone can verify them.
3.1 One economy, one balance
Everything on Tradante is priced and paid in USDC — a regulated, fully-reserved dollar stablecoin — moving on Base Sepolia, a fast, low-fee blockchain network. You hold one balance, and that balance is your key to the whole platform: it buys challenges, enters tournaments, pays subscriptions, buys signals — and it's where every prize, fee and payout lands. This is the full life of a dollar inside Tradante:
In
DEPOSIT
You move USDC from your own wallet into the Customer Vault. Your balance is credited when the chain confirms it.
→
Play
ENTER & COMPETE
Entry fees leave your balance and split — most into the event's prize pool, the rest to the published platform fee and the rewards treasury.
→
Win
GET PAID
Prizes, signal fees and rewards settle from the pools straight back into your balance — instantly, as public transactions.
→
Out
WITHDRAW
When you want out, the vault pays your own verified wallet. Nothing leaves toward anyone else's.
// every arrow above is a public on-chain event — your deposit, your entry, your prize and your withdrawal can all be checked in a block explorer
3.2 The pools — where the money lives
All funds sit inside one vault, organized into pools with distinct jobs. Nothing is vague about where money is at any moment:
THE CUSTOMER VAULTPlayer balances — yours and everyone's. The only door in and out of the ecosystem. Deposits arrive here; withdrawals leave from here.
THE PRIZES POOLEverything players win from lives here, in dedicated slices: one pot per board or tournament, and one funding pool per challenge path — the money that backs funded accounts. Fed by entries and pass revenue; paid out to winners, and only them.
THE AWARDS POOLFunds everything the platform gives back outside event pots: airdrops, achievement and rank prizes, birthday bonuses, referral rewards.
COMPANY PROFITTradante's revenue — the published fee slice of entries and sales. This is how we earn; your losses are not.
RESERVESA strategic reserve slice — a small published share of every purchase, set aside for the platform's stability.
3.3 The engine room — six programs, one job each
The ecosystem is built from six on-chain programs (smart contracts). Each one does a single job, in public, by rules anyone can read:
TreasuryVault
THE VAULT
The heart of the economy. It holds every USDC balance — yours, the prize pools, the treasury, the reserve — each under its own address. Deposits credit here, withdrawals pay out from here, and every internal move between pools is a tagged, public settlement. Money never leaves the vault except through a withdrawal you asked for.
For youYour balance is a number on a public blockchain — not an entry in our private database.
Challenge
THE PROP DESK
Sells challenge products at prices and splits fixed when the product is created. On purchase it routes your fee — most into the challenge's funding pool (a dedicated slice of the Prizes Pool), the rest to the platform — and when you're funded and profitable, it pays your profit share out of that pool. It cannot pay from an empty pool; the vault refuses.
For youThe funding behind your account exists before you trade for it — solvency enforced by code.
Tournament
THE ARENA
Runs entry-fee events. Each registration locks your fee and splits it on the spot — event pot, platform, awards — by percentages set per tournament. Winners are paid in one public batch, and the program refuses to distribute a cent more than the event's pot actually holds.
For youThe pot you're competing for is real, visible, and can't be quietly drained.
Subscription
THE SEASON PASS
Powers competition passes: buy a pass, get entries into the simulated boards, with your access tracked on-chain. Every pass splits the standard way — with the prize share feeding the boards' pots — so every board season has a real, growing pot behind it.
For youYour entries and the board pots are both on-chain — no disputes about either.
Marketplace
THE SIGNAL FLOOR
Settles trader-to-trader signal sales. When someone buys your signal, the sale executes in one transaction: your cut lands in your balance, the platform fee is taken inline — and that fee is hard-capped in the code at 50%, so it can never be quietly raised beyond it.
For youSell your edge and get paid instantly, at terms the code itself enforces.
Referral
THE FINDER'S FEE
Pays referral rewards in USDC once they clear anti-abuse checks (no self-referrals, no fake account farms). Every reward is a tagged public payout from a dedicated budget — so the program can't overspend it.
For youReferral rewards are paid in USDC, and every payout is publicly recorded.
3.4 Where every fee goes
PRIZES 60%
10%
PROFIT 25%
5%
PRIZES — back to playersAWARDS — funds rewards & bonusesPROFIT — our published feeRESERVES — platform stability
Nearly every purchase — a pass, a tournament entry, a challenge — splits by percentages written into the ecosystem's code. 60/10/25/5 is the standard shape; each product declares its own numbers before you buy (challenges, for example, split between the challenge's funding pool and the platform — the "prize" there is the funded account itself). The split executes automatically at the moment of payment. No invoice, no ledger entry to trust — a transaction to check.
3.5 What the code guarantees you
✓
YOUR BALANCE IS ON-CHAIN
Your funds are held in the vault under your address — visible in any block explorer, not a number in our database.
✓
EVERY PAYOUT IS PUBLIC
Prize distributions, funded payouts and referral rewards are blockchain transactions — auditable by anyone, forever.
✓
PRIZE POOLS CAN'T OVERSPEND
An event can only pay winners from what it actually holds — the code refuses to distribute more than the pool.
✓
RULE CHANGES ARE PUBLIC
Fees and splits are parameters in the contracts. Any change is a signed, timestamped, public transaction — changes cannot be made silently.
✓
PAYOUTS ONLY TO YOUR WALLET
Withdrawals pay out only to wallets verified as yours. No one can redirect a payout to another address — including platform staff.
✓
NO HOUSE POSITION
Tradante's revenue from games is the published fee. The platform takes no market position against users, so it does not earn when users lose.
3.6 How rules can change
3.6.a
Tunable rules are public parameters. When a fee or a split changes, the change itself is an on-chain transaction — signed, timestamped, and visible before it affects a single purchase.
3.6.b
Purchased terms do not change. A product's price and split are fixed when the product is created. Changing terms means launching a new product — the terms you bought under stay on record permanently.
3.6.c
Emergency pause. In an incident, the contracts can be paused, which stops all money movement for everyone equally. A pause can stop money from moving; it cannot take money from anyone.
Chapter 04
04
DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS.
One wallet, one balance, and a straight line in and out. Your Tradante balance pays for everything on the platform — and everything you win lands right back in it.
4.1 Before your first deposit
4.1.a
Verify once. Identity verification (KYC) is a one-time step, required before money moves in or out. Start it on your desktop and finish on your phone — scan the QR code and complete the ID and selfie check right from your camera.
4.1.b
Link your wallet. Connect your crypto wallet (WalletConnect) and sign a single message to prove it's yours. That wallet becomes part of your identity: it's how you deposit, and it's where your withdrawals go. You can link more than one.
4.2 Depositing
4.2.a
Deposit USDC on Base Sepolia. USDC is a fully-reserved digital dollar; Base Sepolia is the fast, low-fee network it moves on. Connect, choose the amount, confirm — fees cost cents and the network does the rest.
4.2.b
Credited when the chain confirms. Your balance updates the moment your deposit is confirmed on the blockchain — typically seconds. Not when we say so; when the chain says so.
4.2.c
Only from your own wallet. Deposits are accepted only from wallets linked to your account. It's an anti-fraud shield: nobody can fund your account to manipulate you, and you can't be tricked into funding someone else's.
4.3 Withdrawing
4.3.a
Withdraw anytime. Request a withdrawal from your balance and it's paid straight to your linked wallet as USDC — an on-chain transfer you can watch land in a block explorer.
4.3.b
Every payout is individually authorized. Each withdrawal is signed off by the platform and executed by the vault — a two-key handshake that means stolen sessions or bugs can't drain anything.
4.3.c
Withdrawals go only to your wallets. Money only ever leaves toward wallets verified as yours. No one can redirect a payout to another address — including platform staff.
4.3.d
Winnings are credited automatically. Prizes, signal fees and rewards credit your balance the moment they are awarded — you only withdraw when you want money out of Tradante entirely.

Why USDC and not a platform token? USDC (USDC) is a regulated, fully-reserved dollar stablecoin: 1 USDC is backed by 1 US dollar, so the value of a prize does not fluctuate with a token price. And because it lives on a public chain, your balance is visible in the vault under your own address at all times.

ACHIEVEMENTS.
Badges for the feats worth bragging about. Achievements mark special accomplishments — and some come with prizes attached.
5.1 How badges work
🏅
EARNED, NOT GIVEN
Each achievement has a concrete task behind it — win a leaderboard, string together 5 or 10 consecutive winning trades, and many more waiting to be discovered.
🔁
SOME ARE REPEATABLE
Certain badges can be earned again and again — every repeat shows on your profile and keeps the streak culture alive.
🎁

Selected achievements unlock prizes credited straight to your balance, and they count toward your level progress too.

6.3 What levels unlock
6.3.a
Bigger challenges. Higher levels open larger challenge sizes — more funding to trade for.
6.3.b
Higher signal fees. Your level caps the fee you can charge as a signal seller. Climb, and your signals earn more per follower.
6.3.c
More of the game. Exclusive entries, perks and rewards reserved for the upper floors.
Chapter 07
07
TPS & RANKING.
One number carries your reputation: the Trade Point Score. Every closed trade earns it. Everything competitive runs on it.
7.1 How the score works
⚡
EVERY TRADE COUNTS
Close a trade, earn TPS — scored in real time, visible immediately on your profile and every board you're on.
🎯
PERFORMANCE FIRST
The score is driven primarily by how well you traded, then shaped by your account type and level — so the number means the same thing everywhere.
🚫
CHEAT-PROOF BY DESIGN
The formula detects winning trades offset by mirror losses in other accounts and voids them. The score you see is a score that was earned.
Where TPS takes you: your score drives your leaderboard rank, your tournament standing and your level progress — one engine behind every ladder in the game.

Market rules are enforced on every order: symbols trade only in their real market sessions, and margin, lot and risk limits are checked before an order is placed. A rejected order states the specific reason.
Chapter 10 · The flagship
10
CHALLENGES & FUNDED ACCOUNTS.
A challenge is a paid evaluation: you trade a simulated account under published rules, and if you meet the targets you receive a funded account whose profits you share. The purchase, the fee split and the payouts are executed by the Challenge smart contract — there is no checkout form, invoice, or manual approval step in the money flow.
10.1 How a challenge purchase works
Step 1
BUY THE CHALLENGE
The price is paid from your Tradante balance in a single transaction.
→
Automatic · on-chain
THE FEE SPLITS ITSELF
The ecosystem divides your fee between the challenge's funding pool and the platform — by published percentages anyone can verify.
→

CHALLENGE GOES LIVE
The blockchain event itself triggers your challenge account. No human in the loop between payment and play.
→

FUNDED & BACKED
The money that backs your funded account is already held in the vault, in the challenge's funding pool.
→
On request
PROFITS PAID OUT
Request a payout and your profit share lands in your balance — then withdraw to your own wallet whenever you want.
// every step above emits a public blockchain event — your purchase, the split, and your payout are all independently checkable
10.2 Built-in protections
🏁
YOUR PATH, YOUR PACE
1-stage, 2-stage or 3-stage challenge tracks with clear balance and equity targets. Pass, scale, and step up to bigger funded sizes.
🏦
PRE-FUNDED PAYOUTS
The money that backs your account is set aside in the vault before you trade for it. The vault cannot pay out money it does not hold — solvency is enforced by the contract.
📜
FIXED TERMS
Each challenge product's price and split are fixed on-chain when the product is created. Changing terms requires a new product — the terms you bought under do not change.
10.3 Challenge discipline
10.3.a
Targets are stated up front. Balance and equity goals, daily loss limits and scaling rules are published before you buy — and checked continuously while you trade.
10.3.b
Breaking a limit fails the challenge. Loss limits and targets are checked continuously while you trade; exceeding a limit ends the attempt.
10.3.c
Funded profits are paid on request. Profits stay on the funded account until you request a payout; your share is then credited to your balance from the challenge's funding pool, and you can withdraw it to your verified wallet.
Chapter 11
11
SIMULATED COMPETITIONS.
Daily, weekly and monthly competition boards run continuously, played on simulated accounts fed by live market prices. A pass buys your entries; the pots are paid in USDC. Every pass also enters the boards already running, so there is no waiting period between buying and playing.
11.1 Why simulated is the point
🎛️
REAL PRICES, ZERO MARKET RISK
You trade the same live feeds professionals watch — but no order touches a real market. Your skill is measured, your capital isn't gambled.
🎫
ONE ACCOUNT PER TIER
You get one fixed simulated account for each board tier — daily, weekly, monthly. Same starting conditions for everyone, every time.
🔄
FRESH START, EVERY BOARD
Your tier account resets automatically when a new board opens, so all entrants start each competition from the same balance.
11.2 Passes & credits
11.2.a
A pass buys board entries. Passes come in three sizes — daily, weekly and monthly — and each converts into credits: entries into upcoming boards of its tiers.
11.2.b
Bigger passes reach further. A weekly pass bundles a run of daily entries plus its weekly board; a monthly pass bundles dailies, weeklies and the monthly board — and the bundle pricing always favors the bigger pass.
11.2.c
Credits enter full boards. Each credit is consumed when the next board of its tier opens, so you always compete in a complete board from start to finish. Stack passes and your credits simply queue.
11.3 Immediate entry
Every purchase enters the live boards immediately. In addition to your queued credits, a pass enters you into the boards already running for its tiers, scored from the moment you join. There is no waiting period between buying a pass and competing.
11.4 Boards, pots & scoring
11.4.a
Every board has its own pot. The prize share of every pass flows into the pots of the boards it enters — all inside the Prizes Pool, on-chain. A board's pot always equals the sum of its entrants' contributions, and this is verifiable on the blockchain.
11.4.b
Scoring is a rate, not a total. Your board score is the TPS you earn in that board divided by your days since entry (with a small minimum per tier). This keeps late joiners competitive: rankings compare performance per day, not accumulated totals.
11.4.c
Boards close on the clock, winners are paid on the spot. Daily boards settle daily, weekly on the weekend, monthly on the 1st — ranked, paid from the board's pot in one public transaction, credited instantly to your balance.
Why simulated? Because the game rewards skill, not exposure. Pots, funded payouts and signal fees are real; the market risk is not. You compete with traders, not with a broker's book — and Tradante has zero incentive to see you lose.
Chapter 12
12
TOURNAMENTS.
Tournaments are time-boxed competitions with published entry terms, their own TPS ranking, and an on-chain prize pot.
12.1 How tournaments work
12.1.a
Free or paid entry. Paid entries pool on-chain — the entry fee splits between the tournament's prize pool, the platform and the rewards treasury by published percentages.
12.1.b
Your trades score the board. Every enrolled account contributes TPS to the tournament ladder — subject to the event's stated rules on trade types, symbols or accounts.
12.1.c
Entry requirements are part of the game. Some tournaments ask for a minimum rank, a minimum number of traders, or minimum trades — always stated before you join.
12.1.d
Winners are paid on-chain. Prizes are distributed in a public batch transaction — every winner, every amount, verifiable.
12.1.e
Fair exits. Leave before the start, or see the event cancelled? Your entry comes back.
